On June 8, 2024, the Catechism Department hosted Annual Day with the theme of “Grace: God Reaches All Children Everywhere.” The day ran from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm and began with the Holy Qurbana followed by outdoor activities, which included many games and a wonderful dance from SMYM, and cultural programs in Kannampuzha Hall, which included dazzling performances by all grades.
 

We would like to especially thank Catechetical Core Committee and Annual Day Core Committee for all of their time, effort, love, and dedication to making Annual Day a great success. Thanks to their leadership, everyone who attended the event was able to enjoy a day full of fun and praise God through music, dance, and community participation!

We would also like to thank all teachers and volunteers who contributed to the success of each grade’s performance. You did a wonderful job in planning, organizing, and preparing the students for Annual Day so that the St. Alphonsa church community could see the magnificent display of our children and youth’s talent, skill, and zeal in giving glory to our Lord Jesus Christ!

Lastly, we are grateful to all parents and students for being a part of the Annual Day festivities! We are proud to see the love and commitment that you show for both a Catechetical formation rooted in Christ and our Syro-Malabar faith. By being present and contributing in your own way, you give praise to our Saviour for His many blessings and foster a welcoming, loving environment for everyone!
