Prerequisite for the Parish Registration
- Before the registration begin, please have the following Certificates to be attached:
- If your Status is Single, please attach the Baptism Certificate and Reference letter - Download Reference Form
- If your Status is Married, please attach the Marriage Certificate (from the Church).
- After submitting the registration form you will get an email with your Envelope Number and details within 4 business days.
