Catechetical year 2022-23 Inauguration

With our Gracious Lord’s blessings and the guidance of all members of the Catechism Department, the 2022-2023 catechetical year was officially inaugurated on September 11, 2022.

The important event began with the Holy Qurbana and was followed by an Inauguration Ceremony and lighting of the lamp, led by Rev. Fr. Jose Alencherry, the Catechetical Director at the Cathedral.  Representatives from the Catechism Department and the student body – Rev. Sr. Prasanna Thattil CHF (Principal), Rev. Fr. Tenson Paul (Associate Pastor/Associate Catechetical Director), Raju Devis and Regeena Mathew (Parish Trustees), Gibu Charls (Parent Representative), and Annemary Manathara (Student Representative) - participated in the lighting of the lamp ceremony.  The inauguration concluded with an oath taking ceremony of all teachers which was led by Rev. Sr. Prasanna Thattil CHF.

Joining us this year, we have a team of 60 teachers, 5 Core Team members, and a total of 648 students in all grades!  We are grateful to everyone, parents, and students alike, for making the right decision to continue being a part of the community of the faithful through Catechism.
