Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary – September 8

            The Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary was celebrated with great devotion at St. Alphonsa Cathedral on September 8. For eight days, the parish conducted the Holy Rosary and Holy Qurbana, with each parish unit taking responsibility for the daily celebrations and a family serving as the presider each day. Nercha was also distributed daily.

On the eighth day, the celebration concluded with a Solemn Holy Qurbana and Ledeenj.
