During the period from June 19 to July 18, 2026, the SMYM International Executive Committee continued its regular meetings and planning activities to ensure the smooth and successful organization of the upcoming Parish Feast and Parish Picnic. Each meeting began with an opening prayer, seeking God's guidance for all discussions and decisions. Members actively reviewed the progress of the preparations and discussed various matters related to the successful conduct of both events. During the online Executive Committee meeting held on June 24, 2026, a seven-member coordinating committee was formed to oversee and coordinate all feast and picnic arrangements. The committee also decided to hold Executive Committee meetings on the first and third Wednesdays of every month, from 8:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., via Zoom to ensure regular planning and effective communication. A follow-up meeting was held on June 28, 2026, during which the core team and supporting members finalized the list of items to be prepared for the Parish Feast and Parish Picnic and assigned responsibilities for the various tasks. Preparations for the Parish Feast continue to progress well, with regular practice sessions being conducted for the cultural programs. Several members have also generously volunteered to purchase and prepare the necessary items for the parish feast stall, reflecting the strong spirit of unity and service within the community. The meetings concluded with a closing prayer and the blessings of the priests.
